Hi, I’m Jaclyn! 30 years old, a new mom, owner of the best Brittany Spaniel, Buck, and married to my husband, RJ, for 3 years now. I started working within the industry in 2023. Now, I am headed into my 4th wedding season - only this time, under my own company! I truly feel SO grateful to have a front row seat to some of the happiest, most meaningful moments in people's lives.
As for the name Joy Event Co., yes, weddings are certainly joyful occasions, but the inspiration runs deeper. The name Joy is extra special to me because it's my mom's middle name. She's not only my biggest motivator, but also my best friend and biggest cheerleader. Carrying her name into my business felt like the perfect way to honor her and what she means to me.
Joy Event Co. is truly incredible and one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! From the planning process through our wedding day, Jaclyn went above and beyond to make sure every single detail was handled and nothing was overlooked. She was extremely communicative with us and our vendors, and kept everyone on the same page and made us feel completely supported. She is confident, decisive, and incredibly organized. Knowing Jaclyn was there gave us complete peace of mind, and we can't imagine how our day would’ve gone without her. If you are debating whether or not you should work with a wedding coordinator, you absolutely should (we originally thought we could do it ourselves and so glad we did not….) and I highly recommend Joy Event Co.!!!! Truly a joy to work with :)

My daughter and her now husband hired Joy Event Co for their wedding.. Initally I thought we didn’t need an event coordinator bc the venue had staff, the caterer had staff, the photographer would keep things on track etc etc. . I was very wrong! Jaclyn and her assistant absolutely saved the day. She is extremely organized and anticipates what you need before you even know it. She kept everyone on track, handled and coordinated all the vendors making the wedding day so enjoyable and stress free for the bride and groom , the entire wedding party , my husband and especially me, the mother of the bride. If you want to have the perfect wedding, Jaclyn is the wedding coordinator for you. She was extremely helpful in the weeks leading up to our wedding, reaching out to every one of our vendors and helping us make a timeline for the day. On the day of the wedding she made everything so easy for me. Everyone kept telling me that I was the chillest bride ever and that is completely thanks to Jaclyn. She eased all of my stress and made sure that everything went according to plan. She even grabbed me a granola bar she happened to have in her car when I was feeling nervous and felt like I needed to eat something. I cannot stress this enough; my wedding day was the best day of my life and Jaclyn is a huge reason for that. I highly recommend her to anyone else getting married.

Jaclyn was recommended to me by a friend who had recently seen her in action at a wedding. We decided to “gift” her services to our niece Abbeys wedding.
